Below are our delivery charges and estimated delivery timescales:

Placing an Order

Upon placing an order through Kuwait Cones, the customer will receive a confirmation email from us containing an overview of their order. This email will include the order number, and all pertinent details related to the order.

If any information is missing or incomplete, a member of our customer service team will reach out to the customer to gather the necessary details, allowing us to promptly begin processing the order.

Delivery Within State of Kuwait

Governorates (Al Asimah-Al Farwaniyah-Hawalli-Mubarak Al-Kabeer)

Standard delivery cost is KWD 2.500 will be delivered within 2-5 working days
Express delivery cost is KWD 4.000 will be delivered within 48 working hours

Governorates (Al Ahmadi-Al Jahra)

Standard delivery cost is KWD 3.000 will be delivered within 2-5 working days
Express delivery cost is KWD 5.500 will be delivered within 48 working hours
